The cold room
The chain is short
because the chain is hers.
Everything is made, packed and frozen in one place, then it either goes out with a rider or you come and collect it. There is no third party in the middle keeping it cold — which is the whole reason it arrives the way it left.
Getting it to you
Rider delivery
For a single order, a rider carries it to your door once the order is settled.
Bulk pickup
Buying in bulk, you come and collect. That is how she described it, and it is why the cold chain stays short.
